Directorates and Departments

The organisational structure of the HIO under full implementation conditions of the GHS will comprise of five (5) directorates and three (3) departments, headed by the Director General. In total, the organizational chart provides for hundred thirteen (113) full-time positions.

Currently, the HIO employs seventy-two (72) people in permanent positions and three (3) people on an hourly rate. The current staff is organised in three (3) directorates headed by the Director General.
